i was wondering if there is any sega model2 emulator for the dingoo, the model 2 was the arcade in which sega based most of its classic 3d games like virtua cop, fighters megamix and daytona

so any info about it?

No Model2 Emulator on the Dingoo and it seems impossible, that one shows up. The Dingoo doesn't have any 3D hardware. The maximum, you can get is PSX4All and most games run only with frameskip and without sound, so no chance for a model 2 Emulation on the Dingoo
(I would love to play Daytona on the train, DAAAYYYYYTOOOOOOOOOOOOONAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

No, the Sega Model 2 Hardware was an arcade board, that was developed by Sega in the Nineties, it was there second 3D Hardware, the first one was called Model 1, the 32x received some Model 1 ports like Virtua Racing, but had an entirely different hardware.
