This is going to be tough pill to swallow for emulation enthusiasts. 100% accuracy or (best experience) for snes emulations is simply not there on current handheld devices.(unless you have a handheld )

If all you require is speed that is not a problem, however speed is only 1 component of a game. Sound, timing, visual tricks build a major portion of a game as well. Imagine playing halo or doom with broken sound effects missing colors or blood fx.

Why?: lets take batman Returns
The opening sequence starts with a clinking noises, the sound of the bicycles when enemies come on them, the reverb are all different on every emulator  on the play store and break the feel of the game.

Why is this important?: while perfection is not required the experience and quality make or break the game.

But my games run perfectly?: Yes many popular games are perfectly tweaked and targeted to run well sadly its not the case for all games and none of the Android emu's provide such tweaking.

The emulators I tested with batman returns:
Device shield tablet tegra k1

SNESDROID -winner
SNNES
SNES RETRO
Snes 9x Ex+

Alternatives:
PSP          Mips
PokeFami Clone console
GCW Zero  Mips
Dingo A320 Mips
Supaboy     Clone console

There is bsnes core in Retroarch, which is the most accurate probably. However, is more demanding and needs a good hardware, though if you have tested in a tegra k1 probably runs fine there.

Actually, since higan/bsnes came out, A LOT of its accuracy fixes have been integrated into ZSNES and SNES9x for a better compatibility with obscure games and accurate ROM hacks. They still aren't perfect, but now even the more obscure games run on them pretty well, without the need for insane accuracy - so there's very high compatibility with their Android versions.
Being a bit of an accuracy freak, I would still take higan over them any day of the week - but if you're limited on resources or just want to play on the go, they aren't THAT bad of an alternative ever since they've started copying from higan.

Yes I plan to do a comparison test with retroarch on android and the gcw zero, I was unable to test it on the k1 with new release constant crashes and getting stuck on the menu while downloading cores.

The things is, going blind into the play store it would be so easy to pick an emulator and not know there is so much you can miss out on when it comes to emulation. Unlike PSP, Dreamcast..snes/nes/gba has so many variants that its easy to get lost. I find it fascinating to know that a system so old is still as challenging to emulate as the sega saturn. Iv just recently learnt about emulation accuracy, before like most people all thought about was speed.
