From everything we have been hearing loki has already undergone certification hence its only a matter of time before its released. Some have speculated that the recent tablet recall(which I am a part of) has been the reason for delay. Id say wait to see the form factor of the new shield and then decide.

can you post once again the ROM link. I want to nuke the console back to the original firmware (no root and with all stuff back) as it has a dead pixel and I have to send it back to the seller.

You advise me to get the english rom, which is the International I assume? However, in your test, you advise not to use it but to use the Chinese instead. Has something changed in the meantime?

chinese rom did not have battery drain bug but english rom is easier because google play is pre installed and can be managed by usiing set cpu

Btw, do you think we could flash the Iplay with a Tegra Note 7 ROM? I found several repo with different versions, including lolipop 5.1

I'm still new to android and flashing, so I have no idea if this is possible or not.

I can't put my hand on the latest chinese ROM, at least one which is working with FlashTool. It gives me a "fail" on the first step when it's about to download bootloader.bin

I was trying to this when I first got the device. With the wire bash tool I got some error and that dint work, I couldnt think of any other way it would work.

So is this still a good device to get? I wish there was more reviews on Youtube. I came close to buying it, but my xperia play seems to cover alot of areas of emulation that I need already, only missing ppsspp and dreamcast, but they don't seem to work 100% on this device either? Sell me on it someone! :P
