I much prefer a 7" screen. Far better for gaming and doubles as a tablet.  The only benefit of a 5" handheld is the chance of being pocketable.  Unfortunately , the design of most 5" handhelds makes them not pocketable and in the same boat as a 7" in that regard.  Might as well then have a 7".

I think you guys are being a little too harsh on an obscure Chinese tablet.
A Haier-backed device is hardly obscure for anyone with a passing knowledge of Chinese tech stuffs. Haier is quite a big band.

 :(? Haier band?

Anyway,

I look forward to see this on e-shops! Seems like the best 7" so far.

Haier brand, yes. Look at the pictures and you'll see Haier featuring quite prominently in the posters.

well, this device will be on JD.com in September according to the latest news. At the same time, it is the joint-venture products from Baidu/ iqiyi, matrimax and Nvidia. The price should be at RMB 1299- about 216 US dollars. We will pre-order one unit once it is available and show you the testing here in Dingoonity.

By the way, Haier is a very famous international company from China and its main products are the washer, air condition and other appliance electronics. It is a trusted company.

if you maintain the price (216 dólares) for the iplay4 on your store count to me to buy one unit.

Thanks, here's a direct link to the video ->  http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNzU0NDY3MDAw.html

Must admit those joysticks look really flimsy.

As for the price, by the time a reseller puts there profit margin on it and shipping , it will be a round $270-$290 USD. Basically close to the same price as the premium quality Tegra K1 Shield Tablet.  I think I'd rather get the Shield Tablet and one of those attachable controllers like the Game Grip or ipega 9023.

We need to test this device before we release it on line. For the price, we need to talk with the supplier firstly. We will update the news for it once we get the sample. Thanks.

I paid $200 for the shield and $216 with free shipping its reasonable price, over $290 forge it.
I think the same thing like vcoleiro1 shield tablet and the grip.
Willgoo how soon you will get the device and the price.

+1 agreed with you. $216 its fair enough and many customers will buy it for that price.
